schedule an appointment with a physician or advanced practice nurse
answer questions about immunizations
provide general information about the Student Health Service
provide community health information
schedule immunization appointments

When calling the Nurse Consult line at (309) 438-RNRN (7676), you may be asked for your name, university ID number, address, telephone number, and the reason you are calling. The information discussed with the nurse is confidential. The telephone consultation will not provide you with a definite diagnosis or treatment, but will help you formulate a plan for self-care or follow-up when necessary.

To send a secure message, log on to the SHS secure web site, click on Messages, then click on New Message and choose the option to send a message to the Nurse.
